There are two types of rooms in University Gateway, LA, and they are as follows: 1B, and 2B. Firstly, 1B is a self-contained living space. The other room types have bedrooms, living room, a kitchen, and one or more bathrooms. All of the room types include a storage room, indoor washer and dryer, dishwasher, and bathtub. In the bathroom, there is a spacious cabinet under the wash basin. It is convenient for the student to store some supplies in it. Shared Community like Laundry Room, Study Room, Business Center are offered in the building. University Gateway also provide gym, swimming pool, Outdoor amphitheater and coffee bar for the students to use and enjoy the time with their friends. Fully equipped fitness center with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment to enable residents to have a comprehensive fitness workout. For the outdoor features, the building provides terrace, courty yard, and sundeck. There is 24 hours security and reception in apartment and ensuring the safety and provide some basic services for the residents. Also, there is a package locker and Free Printing in the building and convenient for the resident to check the delivery.
