The Location - Be amazed at the location with the ocean and beach so close. Across the road and down the stairs and you are the Sea Caves and a smaller hidden area of Caves Beach to explore during the low tide. Further along the shoreline is the Surf Life Saving Club, Stuart Chalmers Park, the main area of Caves Beach where you can enjoy the many BBQ facilities and picnic areas and watch the waves roll in. You will be spoilt for choice by the number of beaches to visit, with Hams Beach (2.4kms) and Pinny Beach (8kms) also close by.

Less than a five minute drive away there's plenty restaurants and cafes as well and IGA supermarket and bottleshop. All under ten minutes away are neighbouring suburbs Swansea, Pinny Beach, Little Pelican, Marks Point and Murrays Beach.

The House - From the moment you arrive at Sea Caves, the glimmer of the sea can be spotted from the doorstep. Double storey, fully renovated and refurbished, with plenty of space for the family, there is free Wi-Fi throughout. The lower level has the main living area with split system air conditioning, a flatscreen TV and sofa bed, leading to the dining area and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee machine. For convenience the lower level also has a laundry with washer and dryer and a toilet.

The upper level has a deck that looks out to the ocean, perfect for an morning coffee, plus a second living area with flatscreen TV and three bedrooms. The master bedroom captures the waterviews and has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two single beds. This level also has the main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet.

An outdoor setting and Weber BBQ are located on the all weather front patio, with more waterviews, and there is room in the backyard for the kids to play.

Off street parking available.
